Residents voice their priorities as the public consultation for the proposal to develop land south of
Humberston Avenue continues. The consultation for residential homes, including a large proportion of retirement properties, launched on Monday 27th June and will close on Sunday 7th August. The organisation behind the proposal, Keystone Developments, specialises in creating retirement communities and is part of the not-for-profit Longhurst Group.

land south of Humberston Avenue for residential housing, including a substantial proportion of
retirement properties.
