Certain industries, such as housebuilding, tend to attract negative media attention thanks to the emotive sectors they operate in. Our client, Hopkins Homes, requested our help improving their media reputation and positioning them as a successful local company with a solid commitment to delivering high quality homes.

The tactics

We established a protocol which allows us to advise on and provide appropriate responses to media enquiries and we actively seek ways to generate positive publicity to counter any negatives. We manage a packed schedule of sales-led stories, case studies and business comment. In addition, we helped establish the £500,000 Hopkins Charitable Fund and manage publicity and events around this.
